I see Kevin and Pat Williams just had positive tests for a banned substance, a diarhetic used to cut water weight but is on the banned substance list because it's also a known masking agent. Pat Williams doesn't look like the steroid type but you never know.

Nice way to come out of the bye week, potentially losing your two all pro defensive tackles for 4 weeks. This team continues to be a circus.

From the Randy Moss circus to the Love Boat to the Whizinator to one DWI after another to this stuff...... all while being a mediocre team, they are still the talk of the town.

I dont get it.

The attraction lessens for me every year.

They'll stay right here in Minnesota where they belong. They need a coach that won't put up with this crap. I'll be @ the game on Sunday chanting "Fire Childress" once again.

They need more than a coach. The same geniuses who hired Childress will hire the new guy.

One time my computer got all clogged up and so slow I had to do a wipe where you remove the operating system and reinstall it.

I feel the same way about the Vikings as I did about my computer. They need a wipe.

Zigi sort of promised that but its the same old BS, on and off the field.

Players in jail and/or suspended for one violation after another; we need a new stadium; marginal coaching; and all that crap while putting out a real mediocre product on the field.

Wipe it.

No fans have suffered as much as Vikings fans have. Love Boat, Whizzinator, Night Club Brawls, Block E Stairwell, Drug Busts, and all sorts of other arrests. Considering all the fans have been through, I think they have been as loyal as they can be. People are still watching this team. But by cancelling season tickets, you send a message that "Enough Is Enough" and there needs to be changes. How about lowering ticket prices too? There are thousands of fans who would love to be at the game if they could afford it. 6th highest ticket prices in the NFL is not exactly affordable family entertainment. And you why the blackout rule is talked about? Because the TV ratings Vikings games get are very high, even when they're losing. They're consistantly in the top 5-10 for NFL ratings in a team's local market. I'd love to see a Stadium but hope it's privatly funded. Bob Kraft did it in Foxboro.

Oh and I also forgot to mention a DWI from a High Speed Chase on 169. I have put up with so much embarresment from this team and yet I'm still loyal, I still go to the home games & I watch the away games on TV. And once the Phillies win the World Series, Minnneapolis/St. Paul will have the longest championship drought with a team in all 4 major sports.

Really? 17 years is the longest?

You do have to remember that we have only had the Wild for a little while. Even the T'Wolves too compared to most.

The Vikes win but nobody cares...........

It doesn't matter who the QB is against the D, they all look like Joe Montana.

But chilly lives another day.

Go Vikes............. Sorry if I have offended anyone for being a fan.

Tied for second, a game out....
Childress must be doing a great job.
And Jackson at QB, how impressive has he been on the sidelines.

A coach is suppose to put players in a spot where they wil have the most success. I guess Childress did something right. 8)

Big win today. They need to cut down on the mistakes. The Pack took advantage of every one. Without those mistakes, the Vikes would have won that game a lot easier. They dominated. AP was great & the defense did a good job.

this is the problem witht the vikes they're always tease us by showing signs of promise at a couple points throughout the season, giving us hope, then they let us down yet again and we are suprised, then we get a pick in the middle of the draft and take awful players, AD has been our only halfway decent pick and my dog could have made that pick, and one of the guys we let go has 1700 yards and 13 td's in 10 games with KC,nice move there chilly. its not like they are even entertaining to watch, besides AD of course, the MidWest coast crawl he uses puts me to sleep. if your gonna be a 500 team could you at least make it enjoyable to watch. cheering for the vikes makes me want to take a long walk off a short pier, if they dont win the division this year, i think thats it for me as a vikes fan.
enjoy this post while it lasts....
