Centennial/WBL
These two teams played for the Bantam A state championship when next year's seniors were second year bantams. I know Centennial will be missing Ryan Flynn off that bantam team, i'm not sure if anyone else will be missing off either team.

Re: klammer
ya klammer transfered "last"year. Both teams will be good but i think next year Cent will lack a key piece in not having a goaltender. With that said WBL gets the edge there because faust is a great goalie, regardless of how good wbl's D is right hillfan?<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/wink.gif ALT=";)"> But WBL will be very strong again next year and hopefully they can make another great run, and get out of the first round.
The curse lives on.....

Re: centennial goaltending next year
How about the Toffoli kid? Wasn't he the alternate to the Minnesota Select 89 team last season?

Flynn
Flynn wasn't on that bantam team since he played varsity as a 9th grader. Centennial will be solid considering they have quite a bit returning and a bantam team that took second in state. They lose 3 forwards, 2 Defensemen, and one goalie off of this year's team.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... /happy.gif ALT=":D">

Re: centennial and wbl next year
there captains for 2005-2006 season are .. palma and henry.. the A's vangilder, bergren, and luckow.... 5 captains, kinda weird... few good sophs coming in next year i believe.. going to be really strong up front

Re: centennial and wbl next year
Strong up front, that's what I'm wondering...

I saw a few games out of the Cougars this year including the playoffs games vs. Stillwater and WBL. Their forwards, since they lacked size, couldn't do much. Stillwater was hitting the crap out of them and it sure showed. With losing Anderson, leading forward Vermulen, and big Mike Montgomery, I thought maybe they would lack "size" this year(up front that is). Still, they should have a pretty decent club. I don't know if goaltending will be an issue or not though....

white bear should be solid on D they got hansen kliedon n wolfgram returning and a few good d on the bantam a team. Faust is also in net.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/im ... s/pimp.gif ALT=":hat">

Re: centennial and wbl next year
Really, WBL is always solid defensivly. They are more of a "defensive minded" team if you ask me.
