If you are a kid with above average talent for your age group, and your ultimate goal is to play D1 hockey, which route would you take?

Stay in your below average high school program and hope for the best

If you are a kid with above average talent for your age group, and your ultimate goal is to play D1 hockey, which route would you take? Let's say, for the sake of argument, that you have all options available and you're going to be a sophomore.

Good question, scottparker!

Assume that the kid is only 15 and isn't age eligible for the Juniors yet.

Keep in mind that after this year, because of the MSHSL transfer rule, transfers will have to sit a year of eligibility.
