What about Irondale & Edison.
Do they not have B teams?

My sons team is supposed to play the Irondale team, but there isn't an Edison team this year.

And Richfield will NOT be the last team in the leauge.

Maybe Johnson, and Como doesn't have an A team AGAIN, so give them the trophy.

Sorry, I forgot Irondale. Como has a B & C team but no A, Johnson has an A because I seen scores for them. Last year Johnson's A's won the league where has there B team been?

Contact me to place a friendly side bet that MPLS*Park will be in the top 2 in the District. This team is better than last year's team that lost 3-2 in OT to Como in the District finals - and really the only D1 team that gave Como a serious run in a game.

You bet that they will be in the bottom two. I will bet they will be in the top two. Winner takes all!

What is the reason all of these polls puts Johnson toward the bottom? Is there a new coach or what?

When I talk to Phish, I'll let him know there is a coach looking for a bet.

Who is phish? Tyrell is the coach at Johnson isn't he? Or at least he was last year. We moved out here because my son got to play Squirts when he was still a mite.

Hockeymom6t9,
are you the same hockeymom we saw all over the board last year???????

My kid plays for Irondale, I just find it a little too similar to last year when there was a mom bashing Johnson all the time.

I used to be known for that, so its good to see someone else who gets the attention.

Our Como team will be in the top 2 teams in the league again and maybe get rated higher this year.

Nope, I'm not coaching anymore, I'm babysitting. And why do the parents stick around after they drop the kids off at the babysitter?

Tyrell,
You should come over here to Como and coach and prove to everyone once and for all you can do a better job. Big Al is now up north and we are looking for whiners oopppss I mean winners to coach our kids to an A level.

I appreciate the offer, but I'll have to say no. It would take lots of time and money to get that program back up off the floor.

I would not let the guy that use to coach anywhere, Look what he's done to the Johnson folks. They all are cut throating each other.

Yes Tyrell is his real name, As far as cut throating we don't have anymore at Johnson than anyone else. Things in our association may not be perfect but when you have just two people running the youth association and just one man running the high school program it's hard to be perfect. Yes Johnson has problems but if the parents would ask themselves what have I done to help maybe they would look at it differently. Coaches these days want to get paid and in our organization all we have is pull tabs and fund raisers to fund us. In St. Paul now with the smoking ban our pull tabs have dropped about 40%. Thanks Chris Coleman!!!!
