Tonka Vs. Mound

Post by Ü Snip£ µK »

Could Tonka get beat by Mound? Tonka just game off a nice win in the Schwans Cup ship game and took home some nice hardware and 1st place in the Bronze divison. Could they be a little bit cocky? i could see this being a very close game...Mound isn't bad..

But what's your prediction....

Tonka 4 Mound 1

Tonka won 3-0 last year at Tonka, Mound hit a couple pipes early but was out shot badley in the 2nd and 3rd. Tonka is a better team this year, but Mound has played some very good teams tuff this year.

Running time

Post by The Brain »

I just saw Mound play Tuesday night, 2-3 players with decent skills but a total team of individuals. Watched Tonka in person last year, and on FSN this year, totally different caliber of teams and it won't be close unless Mound goalie plays unbelievable game.

Jack Paul takes over and Mound scores late 7-2

Mound Cooper

Post by Crystal Little League »

I saw Mound outshot Cooper by quite a bit but Venne must have played great in goal for the Hawks again.

Was the score 1-1 (Tribune) or did Cooper win 1-0?

It was 1-1. Venne played a great game, stopped 3 break-aways and a 2 on 0. Super good job handling rebounds. Shots were loopsided but thats been the deal for Mound, they have out shot the other team in every game so far.
