There is a good answer for that. It's called defense.

Ken Pauly must not be able to take a little of his own medicine. No one plays thier first line more and #1 power play unit more than Ken Pauly. Can you say Troy Riddle?

As I stated before. The rumors of the confrontation spread through the lobby after the first period. The score was 3-2. I'm sure the emotions were running very high - but there's zero chance that they were arguing over the score after the first period!
