Dazed and Confused must be exactly that - very dazed and very confused.

Roseau got luck last year? Come on. They are a very solid team that will stay top 3 in the state all year.

Edina not deep? Wow... Graduating only a couple seniors and having a new group of super sophomores coming to play with the "jammin" juniors? They will be a presense at #1

1. Edina - They went to State and have all their key players coming back plus some talented new ones who have returned.
2. Hill-Murray - They have one of their best groups in the last several years
3. Roseau - They are going to prove that they weren't a fluke last year
4. Holy Angels - Perennial power house that is always tough - Section 2AA is going to be a tough road
5. Moorhead - They have two solid lines and should be good
6. Burnsville - Went to State last year and return with virtually the same team except now they have experience.
7. Centennial - could be surprise of the year
8. Cretin-Derham Hall - solid group
9. Eden Prairie - Dark horse that should have solid young group
10. Duluth East - Strong group that plays together well

Edina doesn't have all impact players returning. They graduated a mr. hockey finalist for heaven's sake.

I think they'll have enough, so I still like Edina at the top...at least for my pick... :D

Don't know if Centennial should be a surprise. Their players did well at the A Bantam level. I believe their Junior/Sophomore group beat Edina in the Bantam A State Championship. They should be very solid.

Lee -
you make a good point about losing that player but what makes Edina so tough is their depth. Sometimes it seems like they don't lose players each year...they just reload.

I still think they are the team to beat but I stand corrected that they did lose a key player in Reber.
