Anyone surprised by which players are able to jump up and contribute in juniors and which players that were scoring machines in HS struggle in juniors?

To be fair, you have to remember that each team has different circumstances in regard to playing time. Some teams had more immediate opening than others. Similar to college hockey. Some guys get a chance to step into some prime contributing spots right away while others may play a less substantial role right off the bat. Not to mention, they are only about 20% into the season. A lot of the season to go before we can make too many critiques.
