Forest Lake

I'm curious if anyone has any feedback on why Forest Lake doesn't have a better hockey program. The've had a program for year's with an exploding population, yet they always seem to be just good enough to stay out the cellar?

Forest Lake has a horrible arena situation, they have some very good volenteers but just as many self serving families involved, they have had in the past a difficult time with new people moving into there area and playing hockey (this is starting to change) and the communitty hasn't been as supportive as they could be....add this all togeather and it makes it difficult to develop a group of good players to form a team. I've heard things are starting to change for the better up there since FLAA has taken over the hockey association but change may be slow in some of those oltimers.
