Seth Ambroz- New Prague

25 Goals
21 Assists

46 points- tied for 16th in state (only freshman to crack the top 100, I believe)

New Prague has played some good teams this year, and Ambroz has been productive in most of them... Denfeld (1g, 1a), Holy Angels (1g, 1a), Lourdes (1g, 4a), Red Wing (2a). The only quality opponent that he wasn't productive against was West and nobody from NP really was that game. Three freshmen from NP play regular shifts and are big contributors... Darren Lapic has 20-some points.
Don't sweat the small stuff.
It's all small stuff.

He impressed me in the game against Anoka...very poised handling the puck on Blane's PP...resulting in assists on three 2nd period goals (in effect filling the PP void left by Carson's departure). He also took a hard hit in the offensive zone, but just picked himself up and kept playing...he is tall and strong for his age...he has a nice future ahead of him.

I'd throw Ryan Jaremko of Elk River, Garrett Hendrickson of Virginia, and Tim Bonner of Osseo on the short list.
