RBK 9k Skates

Hey everyone. I'm just looking to see if anyone has any experiences good or bad with RBK 9k Skates. Also, how does the sizing run? I've heard that they can be 1.5 sizes down from your shoe sizes and I've also heard 2 sizes down. Any info would be great, thanks.
