YOUR 2009 STATE CHAMPS

Post by MrBoDangles »

Place your picks for future bragging rights.

AA Blaine - looking solid right now and I'm a little partial

A Little Falls - big Ben and company will bring home the hardware

No way for AA

A Little Falls-I agree, Hanowski is fantastic and he has a great team to back him. LF will prove they are not a one man team.

AA More complex. My pick is whoever comes out of 2AA. Jefferson is my top pick, but if they dont come out firing, they will fall quick. If its not them, its Edina, and if its not Edina its EP. Bottom line, D wins state titles and Jefferson has the best D. It didnt show up against EP, but if it shows up its completely destructive. Bottom line, one of the towns at the corner of Bust Lake Road will win the title.

I picked the Little Falls Flyers a few months ago and will stick with them in class A.
As for the metro championship I will pull for the DuLuth East Greyhounds as champions..they seem more likely than whoever sectoin 8 sends.

Sounds like a great pick to me!

This year is very odd as no teams have seperated themselves as the clear favorites. I think if Harper gets hot Blaine has as good a shot as anyone. However, from what I've seen my pick is Eden Prairie.
Some would call 4 in a row a dynasty

For class A- I gotta go with Little Falls
For class AA- I like Blaine, but I think Edina's top line will bring the title home for them.
