Siouxfan is correct, the U needs some mean, tough arse defensemen. Matt Demarchi types who will blister a forward at the blue line. There is not a team in D1 hockey that fears attacking the offensive zone against Minnesota and it has been that way for too long now. They also need to make changes to landing so many guys who are "stars". More role players to fit into TEAM play.

The U needs a mix of Stars and B type players that will stay for four years.

Agreed, you won't be playing at the end of March without the seniors that have nothing to lose and are more experienced than the younger guys.

Did you notice the rosters for BU and Miami? Miami had a couple of 25 yr old Seniors but both had a nice mix of upper and lower classmen. The other note would be the size difference, look what Miami did to the Beavers. Size and age Don, Size and age!
