Machups are as follows:
North St. Paul
Edina Green
Wayzata Gold
RAVE
Edina White
Minnetonka
Woodbury
Roseville
My predictions:
NSP
Wayzata Gold
Edina White
Woobury
(About to be an unreal semifinal game if it happens) - Tough to predict
Wayzata Gold
Woodbury
(Rematch of last year) - Again, tough to choose
Woodbury winning it all

I would be very surprised to see Roseville upset woodbury in the first round. I don't coach/play for woodbury but I've seen them play and there is a reason they are ranked 2nd in state. They are a very good team.Dankdangles wrote:My predictions:

and in the big champion game
NSP vs Roseville (in a great game)

Woodbury is a really good team i agree with that, but if Roseville could play a solid physical game, and keep out of the box i could see this happening, they can be dangerous. NSP wasn't even ranked going into the tourney, and they are number 1 seed, i'm not sure if i feel those rankings man. It could happen

I agree that roseville is a good team. They gave Edina White a great game at regions. As for the seeding, yes NSP is technically the "number 1" seed. However, the white division was clearly the best division in JGB this year with 4 of the 5 teams headed to state. The format of the regions bracket just so happened to give NSP the shot at the M1 seed. I still think either Edina White or Wayzata Gold are just as if not more deserving as the "one" seed. But because of how the bracket was laid out, they had to settle for the M2 and M4 seeds. But year, expect NSP to be ranked in this weeks lets play hockeyDankdangles wrote:Woodbury is a really good team i agree with that, but if Roseville could play a solid physical game, and keep out of the box i could see this happening, they can be dangerous. I don't know I'll ask him next practice. On vacation I think. Spring Break you know. Now that I think about it we'll be missing a couple players for at least the first two games due to vacation. One of em' might be back for the final game.Mr. Fruity wrote:Why? Where is he at?WILDhockeyfan47 wrote:Only problem is we, Woodbury, will be missing our top scorer in #4 for the whole tournament.
