Karl??? How nuts was Georgetown after Osama's demise??

The news video made it look so nuts, and said it was bombarded with Georgetown and Georg Washington students... Did you go to the White House with the rest?

I didn't go to the White House, though I know lots of people who did. For example, the kid with the girl on his shoulders in this photo in the New York Times: http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2011/0 ... DEN-6.html

I did go to the Pentagon Memorial today, which was pretty moving. It was an amazing day to be in DC, watching the news come in and trying to figure out what it means, sharing in a collective sense of pride. I definitely won't forget these past 24 hours.
