Section 216 question?

Post by edinahornets10 »

Out of curiosity who sits in this section? I always hear them with the random chants. Are they all from a certain school or just a group of people that bought out the whole section or something? Is it an exclusive club? Has this been going on since 2000 or is it a more recent phenomenon? Someone fill me in I am curious.

Very exclusive. First rule of 216 is you don't talk about 216. So... yeah.

Not very impressed with 216 this year. Our season tickets are right below the section. The rude nasty chants can go away! as far as I can see, there is a kid that graduated probably around 2000 that leads them all. really, late 20s and still hanking out with high schoolers trying to be their motivator.

This section was better in previous years just taunting them. this year they were just vulger and nasty.

216 is a bunch of immature kids. Get a life 216'ers. Your chants are stupid and inappropriate.

The leader or (Captain) as they call him is a 2011 graduate.

216 is horrible this year. You can't even hear them on the lower bowl. What happened?

He has "216" painted on his shirt with a captain's "C". Classic. 8)

We have 50 kids and some ladies and when 216 started chirping at us... we chanted "lukes a f***ot clap clap clapclapclap" (the captain) he then resorted to trying to come to 212 and beat us up... the security guy held him back, and he didn't show up in 216 the rest of the night. Gotta love the tourney!

212 is the future, much more intelligent and classy. Probably due to the fact this group was orchestrated by kids from Totino-Grace (private school)

I think the "future" should be focused on the players from 212 and 216 getting their respective teams into the tourney instead of watching and looking like idiots from the upper bowl.

Personal opinion.

I like MOST of the chanting coming from these groups, and even the some of the more risque ones. i just can't imagine any of these kids being much more than jv type players doing these
