There are players that are not on this list, but have committed to D1 colleges already. Looks to me that the '95 pool is pretty deep. Didn't see Camaratta, McCoshen on the list did they not attend?

No, they were not there. They wouldn't have been on the roster for the US team at Ivan Hlinka anyway because they will be playing with Waterloo in a tourney in Russia around that same time frame.

Cammarata and McCoshen didn't attend the camp because they're playing in a tournament in Russia with the Waterloo Blackhawks that coincides with the Hlinka tournament.
