It's interesting to note that only 2 of those 7 kids made the U17 team. In fact, only 1 of his 3 "A" grade players, and only 9 of the 23 "B" grade players made the U-17 team. On the other hand, 6 "C" grade players and 4 that were unranked made it.

I guess there was a large difference of opinion between the writer and the selection committee. :?

A lot of those guys who didn't make that squad are members of the NTDP who aren't eligible for this particular team...
