My guess is they'll stick. Very skilled players. I was told they were traded but I have no idea for whom.

Seeing some "active" Coulee Region Chill players on the list. Were they released from the Chill?

From a junior hockey blog,

Sam Wolfe has been added to the USHL Cedar Rapids Roughrider protected roster. He is a 6'1 180 lb defenseman from Eagan Minnesota.

The NAHL teams have now cleaned up their rosters and posted them for 2012-2013 season. Returning players only. I presume they'll soon update with new players to get to their rosters ready for the start of the season.

The USHL, and the teams, play the roster discussion close to the vest. Some teams have shared their roster but most have not. Some of the team websites are good but some are bad. The USHL website has potential but their communications director must take summers off. It's interesting. When you're on top you don't need to work as hard defines it best. I mean Waterloo is going out of town with their team next week but don't have a roster? Things will get interesting as each team cuts players putting 40-60 players into the junior hockey market. They usually all land somewhere. Do USHL teams help place these players?

Alternatively, the NAHL's site seems to offer a constant stream of news and updates pulled from team sites. I think overall their pro-active brand building communications plan is better than the USHL's. Although the NAHL and team sites don't have a lot of roster stories either.

Yesterday the NAHL posted a story about how the League will profile each NAHL team, and their players, between now and the start of the season. It could be an interesting series of stories.

Lots of Minnesota players in these two leagues.

All I could find is this: http://usahockey.com/Template_Usahockey ... &id=307074

Looks like USA Hockey does update it during the season but we're on our own right now. In the teams' defense I'll say that I'm sure most rosters are and will be in flux for the next few weeks as training camps open up and colleges make last minute offers, etc.

This is probably the link that will show the USHL rosters eventually.

http://ushl2011.stats.pointstreak.com/t ... sonid=9358

Hopefully they'll start updating the pointstreak rosters soon. The League probably asks the teams that the rosters are accurate and up to date by a specific date.

A nice story and some interviews on the USHL site regarding Waterloo's trip to Russia for the Junior Club Tourney. A couple of Minnesota players in starring roles. I believe there are 5-6 Minnesotans on the trip.

Still no roster but they're there.

NAHL Coulee Region Chill 30 man roster.

10 Minnesotans? Updated with some little bios.

They drafted Eddie Matsushima, who's a very good Wisconsin player, but I don't see him on the roster. USHL maybe?
