Why would Hill possibly need a 7th grader on the roster?

Saw him play Saturday night vs St. Thomas in the JV game. #26 The kid can play and did not look out of place at all.

package deal...no other reason. Does it baffle anyone that this would happen? Happens in college recruiting so why not Murray?

Roseville kids ? The oldest is a very good hockey player !!! I don't know if I've seen
the younger brother, but maybe they are going there because it is private.

both of the Anderson kids are supposed to be in the next grade level up so really the youngest is really a 8th grader

So did your son score on the breakaway? My brother said he looked good. I also heard the JV team won so it must of been a good night for Hill

not a big deal considering he should be an 8th grader, was born in 99, held back a year for hockey reasons.

Not a big deal when you consider he should be an eighth grader
was born in 99, held back for hockey reasons and it is jv and not varsity
Their are other eighth graders playing varsity.

See this way to often. Parents holding their kids back..Claiming it's for academics but everyone knows it's a hockey play.

I wish the schools would just so NO, keep moving.... but I guess even that's asking to much today.

Pee Wee and Bantams should be the "glory years" for any kid growing up playing hockey in Minnesota but parents are rushing them thru this at a sickening pace.

I just don't know what I could say to my kid who's working hard in school, playing hockey with his buddies, having fun. "Son, we are going to hold you back a year, trust me kid, it's for the best"... huh?

Whoever your son is, I hope he has a better mastery of the English language than you do.

Why parents want to do this? Hold back so their kids can beat up some 2 younger kids. Lol
