BSN V SLP tonite

interesting game tonite between St. Louis Park schools both sharing same home ice facility. Any predictions? Who do we watch for BSM?

This will be a barn burner. I'll take SLP on the strength of their goaltending. SLP 3, BSM 2

_________________

BOB

I'd say that SLP has the advantage tonight it'll be an interesting game but They're just plain to good of hockey right now. SLP 4-2

I gotta go with the team with the home ice advantage. Whoever wears white will win by one goal.

I only saw the first 2 periods (I was coaching a game on the other rink) ... but heard it finished in a 4-4 tie.

I'm assuming Sackrison, Pederson, Carlson led Park. Did BSM outplay them? I know they took it to EDINA in the Schwan but lost. Anyone have insight and highlights for both teams?

Benilde had freshman Michael Shibrowski in the net. In my opinion, he played very well against a strong SLP team. Benilde is a young squad. They could be a dominating team in the next couple of years.

Per other posts on this game, the StarTrib reported the box score as follows:

Benilde-St. Margaret's 4, St. Louis Park 4, OT

St. Louis Park #3 1 2 1 0-4

Benilde-St. Marg. 1 2 1 0-4

First: B-Estoclet (Weisenberger), 12:54.
