Concessions
Curious to see which rink people think the best concession stand in the state resides? I have heard good things about the "spicy nachos" in Lake Of The Woods.

You signed up two accounts to have a conversation with each other, just to promote your concession stand????? That must be some good food!hockeyauthority34 wrote:Curious to see which rink people think the best concession stand in the state resides? 1. Fergus Falls
The Otters concession stand Rocks in Otter Country. Loaded Baked Taters on HS Game nights, chili, soup, tacos, dogs and a truckload more to boot.
Pam is at the top of her game for sure in Otter Country.

Re: Concessions
Hey, it works. I'm checking the Bears' schedule now, I feel inclined to make the trip from the Twin Cities for them spicy nachos. Sounds delicious.Froggy Richards wrote:You signed up two accounts to have a conversation with each other, just to promote your concession stand????? That must be some good food!
A standard nacho tray or pretzel with cheese is my favorite/traditional hockey game food. And fountain pop only! When I'm in an arena I don't want no cans or bottles (Aldrich, Elk River).
I used to love those licorice ropes at the Hippodrome, I was disappointed when they stopped selling them. Don't have to worry about that anymore, anyways.
Will anybody agree that Wayzata has thee slowest concession stands ever. No joke, it's worse than the Metrodome during a sold out Vikings game. I don't know what's with the kids behind the counter, but my God.
Edina serves sushi, don't they? Can't beat that.
hockeyauthority, would you open up the Lake Of The Woods arena to serve me some of them nachos if I drive up now? I could get there about 4-5am.

Roseau sits at the Top of Concessions.
So far it looks as though Roseau is a lock for the best concessions and yes the short walk for a cold one is a nice bonus when visting Roseau during hockey season. Fergus Falls is also solid in its concessions but we must have more outstanding concessions throughout this great state of hockey.Just Checking wrote:Best one two punch is the Memorial Stand in Roseau and the short walk for a cold one across the parking lot. Tough to beat that.
Come on bring them on I want to know what I am missing out on.

Fogerty connected to the Curling Club. They serve beer. Other stuff too but I'm not sure what.RRubberbeeskit wrote:So far it looks as though Roseau is a lock for the best concessions and yes the short walk for a cold one is a nice bonus when visting Roseau during hockey season. Who cares what else. My question is: can I bring my pitcher into the stands with me. I don't even need a glass.WarmUpTheBus wrote:...the Curling Club. They serve beer. Other stuff too but I'm not sure what.

You can watch the kids practice on rink cams from the bar.Bayside Tigers wrote:Who cares what else. My question is: can I bring my pitcher into the stands with me. I don't even need a glass.WarmUpTheBus wrote:...the Curling Club. They serve beer. Other stuff too but I'm not sure what.
