Great to see a program with such rich history come out on top. May not always have the top talent, but always play with a lot of passion and as a team. Great showing boys!!!!

As a BSU alum it was great to see them rattle off a few upsets to bring the Northstar cup all the way north. Hopefully this helps build a little confidence for them at the end of the year so they can make a strong run in the WCHA tournament.

I also really enjoy seeing Bitzer play in the state too. Looks like he's a having a nice freshman season.

BSU had a really nice 5-2 victory over #6 Bowling Green last night. Keep it going!

A very nice weekend taking three of four points from #6 Bowling Green and sliding up to number 5 in the WCHA standings! Home ice is just four points away.

Now onto #5 Michigan Tech!
