Changes in sections?
Does anyone expect any major changes to the current sections? I know they are on a 2 year cycle and usually do big changes every 4 years... What do you assume will happen this year?

The HS league does not take any input.. but its rumored that they want 7AA to get back to a northern section. Also the new sections will be out around State or right afteralcloseshaver wrote:Speculation? Requests to opt down were due in late January, requests to opt up were due about Feb. 1. The MDE should release enrollment numbers this week, the MSHSL will put in their multiplier to get their adjusted enrollments and the new 2 year sections are due to be released March 9th.

I wish they would have stopped at any one of those places and not shown up!Shortshift wrote:They must not! I found it puzzling that Cloquet drove thru or very close to Lino Lakes, Blaine, Anoka, Coon Rapids, Mounds View, White Bear Lake, and Maple Grove to get to STMA for their playoff game. I guess they could've taken some back roads but still! Doesn't make a ton of sense tho...
If Brainerd goes to 7, who comes in to section 8?Usthockey13 wrote:I heard ER andover and STMA are moving and 7AA is getting DM and Brainerdalcloseshaver wrote:7AA will be at 10 teams with DM, who leaves?
