The Rochester Lourdes - Rochester John Marshall Girls Hockey co-op will end after next season. Lourdes is planning on supporting their own team.

so then would Marshall look to Century or Mayo ?
Rochester girls hockey is a little bit of a mystery, does anyone know how their assoc numbers are?

I don't think the 3 high school squads fielded jv's, and in the past they lost a few players to Dodge County

The new Lourdes team will be interesting as like the boys it will take some of the top talent and hurt the rest of the public schools and possibly to the point where JM mayo or century may not have enough for a team. Rochester schools have never had a JV program. Lourdes will come in as a independent with no JV so will be interesting to see if they will be able to get 25 games booked. Dodge county is a independent playing AA hockey, has a JV, and is ranked in the top 20 last 5 years and they have trouble getting a full schedule. As far as dodge county getting rochester kids there has only been one player ever the Boyer kid whom left and went to Byron.
