With a month of practices in and a week of games, what are people's thoughts on the new Tier I program?

My son is skating in the program and I have been to games/practices and I for one am impressed with the program. More importantly, my son is really glad he is doing it. The games are competitive, the practices challenging, and the coaching has been great. It seems to me that MN Hockey is putting a strong effort in to make it a success as well.
