Happy Thanksgiving

Post by kniven » Thu Nov 23, 2017 9:52 am

“Have a good day with family and friends everybody. It can get heated on the forum at times, and I can easily an idiot. Family and friends are what matter the mostest! My #1 hobby/passion outside of those is high school hockey. We’re all a family in here from November to March every year. At least that’s how I look at it. I’m thankful for all the high school hockey diehards in this forum. We don’t get along all the time.....but what families do.

Eat lots of Turkey my friends. Oh. CEC high school hockey rocks!!!!!!!

More than a rumor. Apparently those kids learned nothing from a similar incident two years ago. Includes a girl hockey player too.

In the olden days if you were caught drinking the penalty was suspension for the remainder of the season. That may seem way too harsh now, but it did keep me and all of my teammates (I think) completely away from alcohol until our senior season was over.

And as a 9th grader, when I was the last guy cut while trying out for the varsity, that penalty enabled me to be "called up" when two seniors were suspended halfway through their season when they were caught drinking.

They need to send those kids to Marshall. Duluth Topper says all those kids are perfect. It will only cost you $18,400! 😀
