I don't remember the other player's name but for some reason I think he went to St. Cloud State. Maybe someone with better recall can figure out who those two players were.
Brett Hedican graduated in '87 from North St. Paul.
The early '80's Polar teams had Mike Anderson (Minnesota) and Todd Carlile (Michigan) as D1 players. Both were 1982 graduates.
Hedican 88
Sorry, wasn't positive of exactly when Hedican graduated.

What happened To Charlie Strobel? It appears he hasn't played since the Schwan Cup.

Yes he is injured and out for the season. Henry Eichen was brought up to varsity to replace him.

Great hockey name. Ankles Pierre, Jr. will love this kid. Perhaps Nick is Ankles Pierre III ?

Attended the H-M/Rapids. Overall a fairly boring game. However that Pierre kid is certainly fun to watch. The score was 2-0 and then he sniped two goals within two minutes in the third period. Final was 4-1. Don’t know how he’ll look against some good competition but he was impressive against Rapids. He was noticeable long before his two goals. The only times Rapids had some offense was when Burnston was on the ice.

Too bad he won't still be at Hill-Murray when he's senior - maybe even a year or two earlier that he'll be gone if keeps at his current pace.

You would need to ask Mr. Lechner about that.

I thought this was a Hill-Murray page - not a STA page.

I figured he was answering the original post of what is wrong with Hill-Murray.

And the Hill-Murray youth team just happens to be comprised of the entire United States.

Thank goodness those PS kids never transfer or open enroll elsewhere. Why I heard tell they pretty well keep the same lines together form A squirts on up.

Kids don't transfer to schools that aren't winning
