Mesenberg is a big addition. I’m sure there are many more, but according to their twitter account Wayzata’s Adam Marshall and Tristan Sarsland will be at BSM.

Naturally. As mentioned in a previous post, watch out for Benilde over the next few years and possibly longer. SLP has some great youth players coming through and we know they are prime candidates to make the jump to BSM, and there’s no shortage of talent in the nearby communities.
MinnScout- if you were in Buffalo for 16s last week , was it news to you that 2 long established west metro names showed on the USA roster as uncommitted as far as their team for the upcoming season? Any insights you can share?

I am not aware of any more of the kids that were at 16's that are not going back to tgeir same teams.

Tonka
Is this confirmed? I heard rumors of this in the spring but a reputable source said he was staying at Cathedral. Things change over the summer so it’s very possible he’s changed his mind, just wondering when the last you heard of this was?
This will definitely help their 2nd/3rd line forward depth, though I have to imagine there are some not so pleased players from their stellar jv team last year. Now the biggest question left is Brink.
On another note, it’s interesting that all three of those transfers are from private schools, and while I’m sure Motzkos moved into district, I guarantee none of the three will sit out for transferring. Loopholes.

AJ Kittelson is a rising senior from Holy Family. I believe he was a second line (maybe third?) forward there last year. Apparently he is from Minnetonka and grew up in their youth system. Kittelson was never all that productive at HF, so I’m not sure he will be an impact player at Tonka.
Griffin Streeter is from Tonka, he left to play at Shattuck and now is coming back to Tonka as a Junior.
There is another Streeter from Wayzata that will be 9th grader

Right. And it’s a pretty loose definition of “financial hardship.” A good rule for real situations, but a loophole to the abusers of it.
