Re: Lakeville North game

They outshot Lakeville at least 2-1, but as far as I'm reading stats in Sportshuddle - they are not correct anyway (listing 3 goals per team). This may be corrected by now. Any insight from anyone at the game?

What was the reasoning for disallowing the goals, etc?

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... cuda701 at: 12/4/05 8:25 am

Cuda:

Jaguarsuperfan is obviously frustrated and is not painting a very accurate picture.

The Jags played horrible defense tonight, on one occasion the defenseman was skating bacwards and fell at the blue line and gave up a breakaway for a goal. On another occasion the Jags were on the powerplay and a Lakeville player had the puck in the corner behind the Jags net and the Jags had TWO defenders battling him for the puck and the Lakeville player comes out with the puck and wraps it in for a shorthanded goal.

In addition to the awful play of the defenseman, the forwards missed numerous opportunities to score which would have covered the awful play of the defenseman but they were not able to capitalize on some excellent opportunities. All in all it was an example of not being ready to play and another tough lesson on never getting a night off in the Lake Conference.

44-18 were the saves, so it appears the Jags dominated this game.
still waiting for Tommy OD's first goal as a Jag, what happened he must of had some chances....

Thanks Pier.
