Yes but gentleman this is something you should discuss with a doctor. This may be very serious if not treated, limbs could start falling off.

Its so nice to have a doctor on the board to help out with things like this. If we only had a Dr.Phil in our association. I'm going to bring this to the next board meeting.

I think Dr.Philly is going to be the EMT at the All Star game this weekend.

Now we have it all set.

Coaches, players (except como "b" players), Refs (hockeyref1 and hockeyref2), EMT (dr.philly), scorebook(hockeymom69), clock(icypalms), Pen. doors (Barado Brothers - but we shouldn't need to use them, it's an allstar game).

GET IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Pimp'n ain't easy"

I am getting all of my friends together to attend this game. Where is it and at what time? Is there enough seating?

Como takes a beating, but keeps on ticking

Post by hockeymannn17 »

You guys are all obsessed. First a goalie alone does not make a team, certainly helps to have a good one but a team also needs offense and defense to make a goalie shine. As the saying goes, there's no "i" in team. Secondly, a small handful of good players does not make an 'A' team. The game is for the kids, not the parents. Grow up. Many of you have said Como should have taken their lumps. What's your point? You certainly seem to be complaining because of the lumps your team took. Thirdly, unless you saw the Como BPW play, you should hold comment. With only a couple of exceptions, did this team seem to win easily. Check their scores out. It was an exceptional year for this group of boys. Outside TC District the team received kudos from coaches, players and fans. How refreshing. Great job Como.

I agree hockeymann,
I did coach in that leauge and como didn't blow teams out of the frozen water. All the teams were good match ups and the final standings show that only 1 or 2 points seperated 6 of the 8 teams. That shows there is great competition on the ice. Not that the TC district is the best out there, but they played hard and had fun. I say thanks to all the coaches and teams that made the season a lot of fun.

"Pimp'n ain't easy"

As for Tyrell, when are going to get a pair and really tell them all what you told me on your email. You know how you are just kissing butt because you think they might know who you are.

I hope now that the season is over that everyone can get fired up for the summer. Leave Como and the SLP coach they both have done nothing but help kids out. If it wasn't for people working hard in the inter-city we would not have any teams. Icypalms and hangumhigh and Andrew Appleseed I hope you all do attend the game Sunday at 12:00 at Edison and wear name tags so we can match faces with a--holes.
Again thanks SLP coach and all the inter-city associations for working hard to keep this all going.

TC GAME

Quote:
Are you coaching one of the teams?

Nope, as someone so kindly pointed out, The Team I coached finished in 4th place in the TC Dist. We finished the regular season behind Washburn, by one game. So their coach will be coaching. Washburn beat us 3-0 in the final game of the year.

I guess the 7-0 game to knock them out of the playoffs doesn't get us there.

Either way - I look forward to this game FOR THE KIDS. The kids from our team that were choosen are really excited. I am excited for THEM as well.

SLP coach, I am really looking forward to having your guys on board. During the season we had some really good games now I get to have some of those players with us that caused us fits during the regular season and pla-offs.

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... Our kids are really excited to play too.
When I talked to them about playing and said that there were kids from Johnson on the team. They said, and I quote....
"sweet, we get to play with DeWayne Gretzky, this will be fun"
The kids on our team nicknamed Kyle, DeWayne Gretzky after our 2nd game against you guys. It has been a running 'joke' all season for the kids. None of them knew his real name until just before the final playoff game. But to them, he will always be DeWayne.
Aren't 11-13 yr old kids great.

Tyrell, Are you not the "B" Pee wee coach at Johnson and don't you need shots because of your association with the Barado brothers?

I do need some shots, those barado brothers probably have something contagious. The one that works with the leather all day scares me. He might have some form of mad cow disease. Do you have shots for that?
"Pimp'n ain't easy"
