In most cases, it is competitive. It's used as a developmental team. Lots of practice, little or no glory. No one really cares about the win - loss record. Most of the teams I've seen are generally down to about 8 or 9 players by the 3rd period based on the 4 period rule. It's a good teaching tool for younger or inexperienced players.LetsPlayHockey22 wrote:whats the competition level of JV hockey? competetive, goon hockey, boring?
