I'll take MG 4-2, Edina has a few very talented players but I do not think they can match the depth that MG rolls. And after seeing the way Gross played last night after not really thinking he stood out as a sophomore, he very well could be the best Dman in the state. Scored 2 very nice goals last night.

I should have clarified that in my previous post. MG doesn't have terrible defense, but other than Gross they don't have any "standout" defenseman and I'm not sure on the goaltender since Coyne graduated I'm not sure how the new starter will do. But yes, offensively they are very good across the board.HappyHockeyFan wrote:Offensively I would agree with you, defensively not so sure, but I only had last night to judge on.

I guess I was specifally commenting on Jordan Gross and your comment about him being the best D-man in the state..I think offensively he could be but defensively I dont think so, he did not do alot to impress me in that area. He also took a few too many penalties as a leader on his team. Only two games though.
