DING DING DING DING, we have a winner.
Sats you hit the nail on the head. Kid should be chasing an NCAA championship, not spending the best years of his life in Chicago in the "A"
Classic example of a kid getting the wrong advice....remember agents and scouts always have the players best interest in mind. Now about that land in Florida.....

Whether he goes straight to the U or not depends on the potential lineup. They'll be losing 7 seniors (5 of them forwards.) And the 2012 recruiting class coming in is slightly thin on forwards. And you have to rule in the possibility of someone like Bjugstad leaving (which I pray he doesn't.)

Would almost guarantee Bjugstad leaves.

Got to hand it to the Red Knights.. They came out from the get go and it looked like South couldn't match their speed. It was tough to see the goalie that played so well last night give up a couple very soft goals right away because you could see South lose that energy and emotion after those goals. From there it was all down hill for BSM. Don't want to blame this on goaltending because BSM obviously deserved the win, it just sucks it got so out hand. Good luck to BSM and hopefully South can take home 3rd

Can you say COUGAR KARMA.... Yep what goes around comes around. Remember a few weeks back when LAKE SOUTH showed NO CLASS and pounded Winona, letting the top line continue to pad their point total late in the game>>>>>19-0? hmmmmm. Now the skate is on the other foot. How does it feel to get crushed, in front of how many people....? At least BSM had class and pulled the dogs off>>>>or it could have been 19-0.

Haha that's good stuff justahockeydad.. Must of been karma that got them past the #1 team in the state and a 3rd place finish when most thought they would go 2 and out.. Also must of been karma that BSM won it all easily after the destroyed many teams by 10 plus goals this year.. How about congratulating teams that overall out preformed expectations
