If the Edina city council had any guts, this is exactly what they should do. Have a city owned resturant, where there is plenty of businesses for the lunch crowd, and is surrounded by winter, spring, summer and fall sporting events. Kick in pull tabs and the profits would be outstanding. Too bad it will never happen, god forbid we serve alcohol on city property.
