If Brainerd plays like they did against Roseau NO ONE will beat them. They were the BEST team we have played all season - hands down......

Other then that it looks like ANY team in the tourney could beat anyone. One bad game or shift can end a season pretty quickly. Should be a great weekend of hockey having teams so close in skill.

Having watched the games today, a be it from a far, I predict that Roseau will win. They moved the puck the best and have the goaltending that can win them the championship.

Forest Lake had the most talented depth

Roseau was pretty solid top to bottom. big goalie and #4 is fast

St. Paul had the biggest disparity from top to bottom talent and don't have the depth for 3 games in 3 days...goalie can always keep you in it. If they had a mediocre goalie they wouldn't be in the top 10 even with two premier scorers.

Edina is solid top to bottom and very system oriented, as is Minnetonka. Minnetonka almost runs the left wing lock major pinch style. Nicholson is a stud. Both good teams.

Andover is talented with several kids new to Andover

Brainerd is really good and plays extremely hard, physical and at times cheap. Talented. Gabby Smith is a really nice player as are a few others.

I would have predicted Forest Lake, Brainerd, Roseau and Mtka as my top 4 going in.
