Shannon Miller to CEC now that she's not coaching UMD any longer? This would be sweet. The Lumberjacks have a rich tradition of hockey and would seem to be a nice fit.

Shannon Miller would be great at CEC. She could bring in a bunch of short haired European and Canadian girls and that program would take off. Don't feel bad for the local home grown kids (that's life).

He was forced out by the AD and a few parents. What a shame as Dave is a good coach that cared about his team. Lucky for SPU, there are lines of qualified, good people to coach girls hockey.

Chris Hanson out as co-head coach at Mounds View. Not clear yet if the other co-head coach will assume full head coach responsibilities.

With the news that Jenny Potter has been hired to be the head coach at Ohio State, I wonder if husband Rob will be resigning his position at Maple Grove to join her in Columbus?

Lots of rumors going on about this job, but best guess is he is staying since that is what they did when she coached out east, However unless he gets to join the staff and be the conditioning coach then he might leave for the opportunity.

That wouldn't be a surprise as they run some camps in the summer, probably best to keep those up and going one more summer.

Could be a good thing for Bloomington, heard from multiple families that the girls did not like playing under him. Wish both parties the best though.
