Tottenham Steam Jr A Hockey

Post by Steamhockey » Thu Mar 19, 2015 12:15 pm

The Tottenham Steam of the GMHL are looking for talented 94-98 birth year players from around the globe to help secure their roster for the upcoming 2015-16 season. The Steam are lead by Ryan Wood who is a former Jr A Player and ECHL Referee and current scout for the Wichita Falls Wildcats of the NAHL. Under Ryan reign the Steam finished the 2014-15 season with a 37-5 record and a .882 winning percentage, which was good enough for a 1st place finish in the 22 team league! Ryan is a motivated individual and has successfully moved players on to NCAA,USHL,NAHL, and European Pro and Junior teams.

The Steam practice 4 times a week and play a 42 game schedule, this works out to about 2 games per week. During the season we practice and play out of the Tottenham Community Centre in Tottenham, Ontario. Included in the program are a personalized workout and nutrition program, team gym, buses to road games along with post game meals, and team apparel. Our team also plays in two prospects tournaments during the summer. All members are welcome to join us through the summer for workouts with our team's strength and conditioning coach as well as for the tournaments. Please note the GMHL is a pay to pay league! Further discussions regarding payments and skill level can be made through PM or email.

The majority of our current roster is made up of Ontario born players, we do have some American and Russian born players, we are scouring the globe including Europe, Asia, USA, Etc, Etc. If you think you have what it takes to thrive at the Junior A hockey level in Canada and help our team win a championship or have any questions or concerns! Please contact me via PM or email at:
