We're looking at the same ones. Question for those more familiar than me. Wasn't Chaska supposed to beat Sartell?

I've ranked them to try to add something to the discussion. And then bolded my choices for a Pick 6 contest.

New Prague barely got by Denfeld.
I'll take Hawks and give you 3 goals.

Sounds good. H'town hasn't been able to get on track this season and it is possible they just aren't as strong as people expected.

Probably a typo, but MNHOCKEYHUB showing 2-2 tie in overtime for New Prague and Hermantown. ;)

I was at Delano vs. Holy Family. Great showing for Delano. I really like the goalie. Not the prettiest style, but the kids work very hard. Eventually too many penalties - credit the Fire for pushing pace and drawing them - resulted in a 4-2 win for Holy Family.

Delano has a D that plays nearly the whole game. A lock to be the starting Center for just about any HS basketball team. Love the way this kid plays. Great job using his body. Doesn't get whistled for penalties and wins battles on the wall.

Well, New Prague is an AA team now, so they have the clear advantage over poor little Hermantown

I have been pleasantly surprised by Delano this year, as I thought they were going to fall off a cliff after losing so much scoring firepower from last year. It sounds like the coaching staff deserve props for adjusting they’re playing style to the new roster. The defenseman you are referring to is #23 Glasrud. I caught a few Delano games when I was in the Twin Cities last winter, and he is definitely a physical presence and moves well for his size.

Greenway got the win, but with shots 49-27 favoring Cathedral I don't think it was a blowout.

HF won, Wayzata narrowly in OT, Tonka.

I was wrong on Blaine. 4 of 6. Goes to show anything can happen.

Are you living in NP now?
How did you see that coming? Your kid is not old enough to be playing varsity?
OK, c'mon up. Burger and a beer at the Corner.

I had seen New Prague in a preseason scrimmage game against Holy Angels. I believe they won 5-1. Hermantown is vastly short of expectations. Just figured they'd be able to keep it interesting and they did.
