Was thinking how thin the choices were this year. Not many went deep for a ticket that cost 50 or 100 bucks. As you know, it usually takes a lot more than that!

I almost lost my two Section 8 picks tonight. Playoff games have a tendency to be closer than what you'd guess after seeing them on paper.

Yep! I don't win it all the time, but I do win it semi-regularly just by cleaning up the scraps. There are quite a few sections this season that seem to have an obvious favorite (1, 3, 4, 5, 2 to a lesser extent), so maybe it's a bad year to go this route...but all it takes is one big upset in one of those and I'm probably taking home this very prestigious trophy.

My feeling for State:

Seeded - Lakeville South, Eden Prairie, Hill-Murray, Maple Grove, Grand Rapids
Unseeded - Sections III, VI, VIII

If we get some upsets in the finals, a case can be made for Andover to be seeded.

Order for seeding is wide open in my eyes. Not how I would do it, but this wouldn't surprise me:

I believe you'll win if Centennial takes Section 5.

Not sure you'll get your money back though. Figure the take on an exotic used to be 23% and there were only a hundred bucks or so besides you.

I’m gonna tie with one or the other . Still super fun! I would actually root for Karl if I thought Centennial could beat any of the other squads.
