Who will win this Northern Minnesota Class A match-up of 2A vs. 7A? Denfeld could be a contender in 2A and Virginia is coming off of a tough loss to International Falls. Predictions? Thoughts?

My feelings about VMIB are changing. I'll take the Hunters. How did DD do against Shako this weekend?

I'm gonna go with:

Duluth Denfeld - 4
Virginia - 2

Should be a pretty close game, but I think Denfeld defense should step up big and keep Virginia's big line in check.

i got a chance to see denfeld against hermantown and they can be tough as long as they stay out of the box..should be fun to watch sachetti go up against johnson

i saw davis play against hermantown and he had one goal but also a ten minute misconduct penalty in the third period..he seemed to be doing a little better than his disappointing season last year..

Duluth Denfeld vs. Virginia Varsity game is at 8:00 PM in the DECC Arena following the Duluth Central vs. Two Harbors Varsity game at 6:00 PM. JV times are opposite in Pioneer Hall.

Shots were 26-21 in favor of Virginia

Denfeld owned the first two periods and Virginia owned the 3rd allowing just 2 shots on goal. Denfeld was also up 5-2 after the second.
