Eveleth @ International Falls
30 years ago these two would've been bigs dogs in the state. Who will win on Tuesday night? International Falls has been doing much better this year then in past years. Can they dodge their 4th loss at home?

Eveleth @ I-Falls
Eveleth has always played well at Bronco Arena, but I will go with the Falls 4-2. Eveleth will probably only win five games this year. The Falls could reach the section finals this year because of the great goaltending of Brady Hjelle.
I don't know what the future holds for Eveleths Hockey program, but I think within ten years they would coop with Virginia and go AA.
The last I heard Jim Jacka was living in the Twin Cities and selling Insurance.

Glad to see both of these teams do well. (For old times sake).
Saw Eveleth in their home tourney. While they are obviously young and learning, they seemed to be getting better as each game went on.
Went hard over the boards every shift no matter what had happened the shift before. When a coach gets them to start doing that, good things will follow.
Good luck to both teams. IFalls has had a couple real eye-openers this season, they have knocked off some good clubs, and now they know how it feels to be the hunted. They'll bounce back just fine.
