I know the website mullet but they usually have the goalie leaders as well. I have noticed the site isn't kept as current as in the past too.

Oh yeah i know you knew i think i was posting at the same time you were and it just slipped in there. I agree it hasn't been updated as frequently as it has in the past. What do you think this season, so far SC-97?

I think a lot of things. Anything imparticular? I haved been impressed with what I have seen from Bagley and Park Rapids, however a lot of it is just scores from games, and disappointed with Crookston. I think there is going to be an upset in the playoffs somewhere but I don't know who or when.

I also think EGF is as much a favorite as Warroad in the section since the tournament in their arena.

I am also disappointed with what Crook has or hasn't done this year, haven't seen Park Play yet this year, planning on watching when they come to TRF for sure maybe some others, I fully agree with the EGF comment, i've seen them play a couple times this year, three solid lines, fairly solid D, and decent goaltending, Very good team. This section will be very intersting as the year progresses.

I have been saying that all along. Warroad may win it like most people seem to think but I won't be at all surprised if they lose in the semis either.

EGF

Agreed - as long as it's in EGF's building they're always in the running.

As long as EGF finishes 1,2, or 3 it'll be Warroad and EGF in the finals.

Just because I was asked for my 2 cents I'll give it. EGF Civic Center did look spruced up - the bathroom switch took some time to get used to. This thread was about points leaders and diverted to EGF's chances in Section. I will opine that the Section just got more Warrior friendly after what I saw last night against Tech. Warriors beat Tech 2 -1 outshooting them 37 - 16; Vatnsdal started his first game for the Warriors and played very SOLID. In previous games...Warroad could have lost a game like this..just like TRF. I believe they found the last piece of the puzzle. Frankly, I don't see Warroad losing another 8A game this season with the imported goalie. I heard that after Ollie cut Vats; Bill Lund helped him with the paper work to enroll at Warroad...Thanks.

I gotta say i'm impressed if Bill did that, i've seen him try to get the papers rolling the other way a time or two, never imagined he go the other way... sounds a bit like the Lundy that trolls, i mean "patrols" these waters...a little bitter towards the hometown?

I doubt that as Green as Billy bleeds....I believe it was to help a player that has talent and wants to play get a chance to play somewhere. Never look a gift goalie in the mouth...he may have braces.

So who are the favorites to win the scoring title? Marvin, Lehrke, Schiller, someone else?
Not the old best player arguement again, just points.
