Marshall had alot of class, they sat out there top players, they started run time early, they had their back up ...

i agree with dangles...the score could have been alot higher, marshall did all they could to let the younger kids have some playing time, it could have been alot worse.

all i know is that this issue what brought up last year and for all i know previous years, and it always comes back to that team do like playing at gustavus from what ive heard, its a great atmosphere, and allows the fans to really get into the game.

bodangles, your right if it was the end of the section now, but thats not what i asked for, i asked how they think it will end, and obviously by putting willmar ahead of those teams they think they will beat them, its not where we are at now, its how you think the rest of the games will play out.

Marshall has the most pathetic fan-base in the state and this is a fact I dont know if that loss bruised your ego or not? but it seems to me your a little sore just because of the loss. See that is a big statement considering they haven't played in a game yet this year, not saying it cant happen...just saying why not wait till they play before deciding you know what is going to happen? If it was that easy they wouldn't play the game, they would just write down what you thought was ...

Well i would agree that New Ulm has played much tougher competition...I think everyone can agree with that...but all i was saying is that just because marshall hasnt played hard teams doesnt mean there not good...just have to wait and see until they play some higher competition...and see what happens.

I think New Ulm is one of the teams to beat, I also think though at this point in the season, Marshall would need to be included with New Ulm, both teams seem to be showing they can compete so far, but before any decision on which team is better, more games need to be played.
