The Grand Rapids goalie has been racking up 40+ saves a game on a need to get it together team. One of his better teamates had an injury before Districts. Watch out when they team up with the first year Bantams next season. This group lost the State Championship to Edina last year.

#16 (Hopke) Hibbing Defense. Upset two teams in District 12 play-offs.

#30 (Shepard) Grand Rapids Goalie. Helped take the team to State last year.

Grand Rapids #30 is the best goalie in the state.

I once asked a Roseau Dad where they get their kids. He told me 90% of his son's class played hockey. (boys and girls) They seem to be doing well at the Peewee A level. Rink Rats still have a shot at playing with the big schools.
