IMO 1 - Bemidji 2 - Moorhead 3 - STMA 4 - Brainerd 5 - Roseau 6 - Rogers 7 - Buffalo I could see a case for 3 and 4 switching and for 5 and 6 switching.. but neither STMA or Brainerd should fall from top 4... Roseau, Rogers and Buffalo have no business in top 4 Bemidji and Moorhead are obvious...
