I'm not completely sure, but I think I remember something about him being banned last year. Not sure if this is true or not, or what the reason was. I am sure others can clarify this. <p></p><i></i>

I however think that if it is done right and doesn't delay the game too long, then why not make sure the right call is made in games as important as the state tournament. They won't finish ahead of Moorhead or Roseau. Roseau will be stronger next year and Moorhead's JV only lost 1 game all year. <p></p><i></i>

Just to correct what MaroonGold4EVA posted. AHA lost 2 games this year, one to Shattuck as he said, and Centennial beat them by 6 goals at the Christmas tourney. <p></p><i></i>

I agree with you 100% packerboy. The Spuds can't blame this loss on the ref, but it did play a big factor. And now we will never know what would have happened if the right call would have been made. Personally, I think it would have gone to O.T. And as for AHA playing tougher if it was only a one go...

Yes, it was a goal. No doubt about it. The ref should have signaled goal right away and if he had doubts about it then confer with the other refs and if needed use instant replay. Like Morinville said, they use replay in the NHL, those players can come back next year. The 15 Moorhead seniors can't. ...

Most Moorhead fans, like those of other teams are pretty realistic in realizing that any team can be beaten ...
