This is a good pick up for the Gophers no doubt, but how will they find room for all there players right now. The last time I checked they had something like 14 forwards committed.

you lose one year of NCAA eligilbilty for each year played in the WHL.
Actually if you even dress for an exhibition and sit on the bench the whole game, you lose your NCAA eligibility completely. Once you sign the paper for a CHL team, your right to play college hockey is gone.

[quoteThe truth is... I don't think Bimidji is able to fill thier rink up like they should to have a great Division 1 hockey atmosphere. So what makes Fargo think that they will draw up a larger crowd especially when the basketball team in the area is so good. Aren't people happy enough with thier b...

The decision to go play for the NTDP is more than how much playing time you received last year, and how good your team is the next year. It should be because the kid truly WANTS to go. In addition the questioning about playing time in Ann Arbor you play a thirty game USHL schedule I believe or somet...

Don't know if a kid can get much stronger than Budish, Lee or Everson. Have you seen Baker? The kid may be short, but he is thick. These kids fall under the category as exceptions. Baker is going straight to Holy Cross, and I think Marshall is heading to Harvard right away too. Budish would have go...

Yes they do, but a program like this forces you to get stronger through an intense training program they run. You also become a better player by playing bigger, older, faster kids in the USHL. It is the fasted way to go right from high school to college. The way I see it is yes you can stay in high ...

You got to give Connor Girard a lot of credit in that game that was his first varsity experience ever, he had not seen a single minute before playing a very good EP team.

I have 2 comments... -First off about Austin Lanoue why he played bantam "B" last season is because Moose Lake does not even put together an "A" team for whatever reason. -Second off you can't base the sophmore list off of the select 15 list because that is only 1993 year born ki...

Yeah I'm sure there was politics but for the most part it looks like they picked the right kids. I totally agree with the speed of the games at the camp almost every kid was a great skater and could do something with the puck. It was a phenomenal week of hockey.

Michael Sit made the national festival for advanced 15's.....hmm he must suck pretty badly and play with his head down. Come on be real the kid has great skill and obviously the evaluators noticed he kept his head up.
