We did a six pack there and it was a good deal. I thought at first the skate ramp was a joke but as time went on there was drastic improvement. The rest of the program was top notch. We'd do more but we live to far away.

of the kids that attend, is the skill level high or no? is it for top notch players or just for players who need a lot of work?

Great question,My son was on the 2nd line as a junior, on one of the top programs last year,is this for him ? We have captians practices comeing up,but he needs more, will this program help him?He is very strong does not need much weight training,he needs to be in top shape, and get quicker, will they work on this?

Elite

I know of several elite level athletes that have gone/or go and train in a group their. They enjoy it and feel it is very effective at gaining quickness and overall puck handling skills.

The skill level ranges from top notch to the very bottom but this camp is mainly about personal development and working one on one and pressuring yourself.
