3-6 minute shifts for players?

I have been watching these posts. This topic has gotten way off track. Oldtime-wise and miss hock all have points. I would say that oldtime gets the info correct as far as MV goes. If he only new all of the details about the program. His stats , although second had are correct. I will not detail names on this sight but there have been better players cut from MV then some of the players selected. Last year especially. This years team does not have the best players on varsity. How do you place a underclassmen on the team ahead of juniors and seniors after a 3 day tryout. The issues with this team go into greater detail that I will not go into on this sight.
In regards to Gino, the coach is the one who said that he would except him back to the team then cut his butt in a brutal way after tryouts.

I agree with this going a bit to far. It just seems like every little thing that happens at MV people try to bash. You don't think every season at tryout time that coaches from different programs make decisions on players that not all parents are happy with? Go to 10 teams and about 5 will have a upset parent or two. Trust me I've talked to parents from MV that said they are glad he didn't take this kid back. Right or wrong thats not for me to decide as I wasn't one of the players he turned his back on or got to see what happend every day. I will agree if he said the player is welcome to come back to the team and that player was one of the top in try outs than he should have a chance to make it out right. Now I don't know if the coach said he was able to come play or not. I find it hard to beleive that he cuts top end players that are 2 year letter's. So if I'm right they played Varsity as Soph. and Juniors and get cut as Seniors. You brought up this kids name and seem to be fine with throwing it around. So one kid that could be a questionable call. Like they said in the WBL thread about Sager have you guys said your issues face to face with this coach?
